Like the previous game, Chip & Dale's Rescue Rangers 2 is a side-scrolling action game where 2 players can play simultaneously as Chip & Dale, or 1 player can control either chipmunk. Our heroes must conquer a series of oversized (from their perspective) stages in order to thwart Fatcat's nefarious schemes.

Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers is a wonderful little entry-level platformer with fun, unique mechanics and timeless gameplay. Its only major downfall is the SFX for jumping which makes me want to run the game over. Graphics are cute, bright, and detailed. Best enjoyed with two players, this is still a worthwhile singleplayer title.

Knirps rates this game: 4/5. Sequel to Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, this game follows the old formula of the original to a T...which is good and bad. It remains a very easy platformer with all the cute quirks and moves, but adds nothing new to single player and only a slight upgrade to multiplayer in that you can throw the other player and do damage.

Most Disney lovers have a favorite character or two. I have favorite characters like I have favorite attractions. In other words, I have a lot of them. Iโ€™ve always loved the all of the VIP characters (Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Donald, Daisy, Chip and Dale), but of those I particularly enjoy Pluto and Donald. I love Donaldโ€™s cranky nature.

Dale has a large red nose and two teeth. Heโ€™s a little clumsy and not the brightest crayon in the box. Probably what makes Chip & Dale so popular is that they appear in all four theme parks plus Disneyโ€™s Fort Wilderness Resort every night for the campfire sing-a-long; itโ€™s rare to see a character in all four parks!
