They asked us if we wanted THE adult tower or kid tower, we said, "Adult", again kids all over.
Little kids running and screaming, not sure why half the clientele is underage.

The smoke is overwhelming.

So I reached out to housekeeping they said" they couldn't do anything"so I went and filed a report with security as housekeeping had asked me to do it's Monday night and still no apologies for the unpleasant moment and painful situation 2 of my kids are going through.
I really hope this place is either shut down and completely fumigate the whole building because I truly hope no other family goes through this.

No remote for TV, had to ask, fan broken in bathroom, no fridge, no microwave, clogged sink.
I have been to this Harrah's since it's beginning here over 30 years ago.
It is the day before Fathers Day but take your kids to a waterpark, not a casino.
They asked us if we wanted THE adult tower or kid tower, we said, "Adult", again kids all over.
Little kids running and screaming, not sure why half the clientele is underage.
Big plus is that it is riverfront propery with a small beach.
The smoke is overwhelming.
Everything has been stripped down, blah decor, the buffet has apple sauce.
Never, ever, again, I'm done, with your children's preschool.

As I made the reservation I clearly asked for the newly renovated rooms which I got because we stayed in the south building 5th floor and ended up with my click bitten with bed bug bites in the morning I searched through the room and moved beds to see see more was wrong with my kids and found a bunch of eggs behind my daughters bed.
So I reached out to housekeeping they said" they couldn't do anything"so I went and filed a report with security as housekeeping had asked me to do it's Monday night and still no apologies for the unpleasant moment and painful situation 2 of my kids are going through.
I really hope this place is either shut down and completely fumigate the whole building because I truly hope no other family goes through this.
Great care by their staff always, fun environment.

The shower doesn't have shower door kinda odd but the water flow is strong so as the toilets.

For Slots, there are 2 sections smoking and non smoking.
The smoking slots had more slots than non slots.

Connecting to the WiFI is a pain in the ass, and you can only connect 2 devices.
There is no breakfast and the carpets in the hotel are filthy!!

So I reached out to housekeeping they said" they couldn't do anything"so I went and filed a report with security as housekeeping had asked me to do it's Monday harrahs casino laughlin nevada and still no apologies for the unpleasant moment and painful situation 2 of my kids are going through.
I really hope this place is either shut down and completely fumigate the whole building because I truly hope no other family goes through this.

Also the room has 2 chairs and drawers.

The shower doesn't have shower door kinda odd but the water flow is strong so as the toilets.

The desk person said it's a common problem so watch out.
For Slots, there are 2 sections smoking and non smoking.
The smoking slots had more slots than non slots.
Lots of dining options.
I don't really like their concerts on the beach.
